Morning Mishaps: Morning News Gone Wrong
Watching morning news is a regular habit for many people. It is characteristic of members of the general household to indulge in some television watching before going off to work or school or wherever. Some people might consider it a sound pursuit or a healthy habit but in reality it is not. Morning is an important time of the day. Just like breakfast is an important meal.
Basically watching the morning news or any other television program early morning is not exactly the best way to make the most out of one’s morning. There are many other engagements that are far more fulfilling and beneficial to all aspects of health. For starters, one misses out on some quality family time at the breakfast table. Secondly it is not fair to the eyes to get exposed to the harmful rays of the television so early in the day. As it is, given the fact that there are so many upcoming challenges to fulfill later on in the day, it only makes sense to go easy on the eyes as well as the brain.
There may be research results that support television watching in the morning but there are other studies that are far greater in authenticity and quantity that raise a voice against this argument. Basically it is all about sustaining the energy for the rest of the day and preventing any kind of stress early morning. Many news segments can result in creating stress and anxiety, which is not good for a person just after waking up. That is why it makes more sense to indulge in a pursuit different than this one. As a matter of fact, there is no dearth of choices in this particular regard. All in all, morning mishaps can result from television watching, the effect of which might not be instantly visible but it does have a long term impact, which is not particularly positive.
